Drawing to Music

I had the pleasure of working at Norton Priory Museum & Gardens, Runcorn with a fantastic large group of Primary school teachers. We explored bilateral drawing (using both hands to draw with at the same time) whilst we listened to music, picking out the rhythms of each song and creating abstract patterns using mark making, pressure, tone and colour to convey soundscape drawings gradually introducing colour using dry media throughout the session.
